Chobani was founded on the belief that everyone should have access to delicious, nutritious, natural food. Our founder, Hamdi Ulukaya, created Chobani back in 2005 when he bought an old yogurt plant in Upstate New York. He devoted himself to crafting the real, wholesome yogurt he remembered from his childhood growing up in the mountains of Turkey.
Hamdi brought his dream down under in 2011 when he introduced the first pot of Chobani yogurt to the Australian market. Fast forward 10 years and Chobani has become a leader in yogurt, continuing to innovate and delight consumers with their delicious products.
